Plum Jam / Jam Eirin

An often overlooked jam, but one that is shouldn’t be.  A lovely tart jam, goes great on toast, in a cake or with cheese.

Ingredients: Plums (50%), Sugar, Water, Sunflower Oil

Prepared with 50g Fruit per 100g. Total Sugar content 66g per 100g
