Raspberry & Rhubarb Jam
A unique flavour combination which is well liked by many. The tartness of the Rhubarb is balanced well with the sweetness of the Raspberries.
Ingredients: Sugar, Rhubarb (33%), Raspberries (17%), Sunflower Oil.
Prepared with 50g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 66g per 100g.
A really fiery savoury jelly that keeps giving! The first tastes are of the sweetness of the Apple Juice followed then by the heat of the chilli. Not for the faint hearted; but loved by those who have a hot palate. Add to cheese toasties, cheese boards or with meat both hot or cold.
Ingredients: Apple juice (37%), Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Habanero Red Chillies (3%), Red Peppers, Apple Pectin (Sulphur Dioxide).
A truely beautifully rich dark jam, also a seasonal jam so don’t waste time grabbing some when it is in stock! A forgotten fruit, but one that makes my favourite jam, a tart red purple jam. Made with the jewels of the hedgerow. This jam also goes well with cheese.

A stunning bright red jam – a favourite with many, especially my daughter! Goes really well drizzled over croissants in the morning.
